Job Description:

As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our marketing team with a newly created role: Product Marketing Specialist. This position will support both our motorcycle and cycling divisions, playing a crucial role in bringing products to market and driving the Oxford brand forward. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level marketing professional or a highly motivated individual eager to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
2. Work closely with our in-house creative team to create engaging social media content (organic & paid) across multiple platforms.
3. Analyse engagement data, identify trends, and use insights to shape future campaigns and goals.
4. Build and maintain relationships with high-profile press contacts, influencers, and industry peers.
5. Plan, coordinate, and execute events, ranging from in-house activations to large international trade shows.
6. Support the in-house content team in organising photo and video shoots.
7. Communicate marketing successes and brand stories across the company.
8. Prepare and present monthly reports on marketing activities and campaign performance.

What We’re Looking For

1. A relevant qualification in Marketing or at least one year of professional experience in a marketing role.
2. Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different teams and departments.
3. A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
7. A passion for motorcycles and/or cycling (highly desirable but not essential).
