Job description

Are you a creative and driven marketing professional with a passion for the marine and leisure industry? We’re seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager (Marine) to join a rapidly growing business at the forefront of advanced care products for cars, bikes, marine vessels, and aviation.

In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in the expansion of the company’s marine product range, with opportunities to collaborate on other product lines. If you have experience in the bike and/or the Auto industry, even better!

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:

  1. Leading the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including packaging design, label creation, and system setup (e.g., assigning part numbers).
  2. Working alongside the Videographer/Content Creator to coordinate product photography and video production.
  3. Collaborating with R&D and Business Development teams (UK & US) to align on product strategies, customer insights, and long-term growth plans.
  4. Liaising with the Buyer to manage product packaging supplies.
  5. Developing and overseeing the product marketing calendar, ensuring requests from all departments are prioritised and managed efficiently.
  6. Producing news articles on industry trends, press releases, and blog content.
  7. Partnering with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to plan, organise, and attend marine events throughout the year.
  8. Maintaining strong relationships with external media agencies and contractors.
  9. Representing the company at trade shows and events across the UK and Europe.
