The Product Solutions and Operations (PSO) team's goal is to help businesses have seamless experiences with our advertising solutions, by crafting activations to push our most strategic ad solutions to market and identifying key product needs from our biggest clients. We're a global team with regional hubs in Singapore, China, Israel, London, and multiple US locations.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead go-to-market for advertising solutions in Europe. Sitting as part of the Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team, you will collaborate closely with in-market sales, headquarter product and local product marketing teams in a high growth environment. An ability to self-motivate, prioritise and influence partners are key skills. As the successful candidate, you must have experience working in digital marketing/media, ideally in a product marketing role. This is a temporary position (12 months) based in London.

Responsibilities:
  1. Define the go-to-market strategy for TikTok's Branding solutions. Partner with a range of cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution against this strategy.
  2. Drive growth and adoption of products in Europe; set goals, manage launches and develop tool kits to be implemented locally.
  3. Collaborate with Global product teams and local market to define the product positioning and go-to-market strategy for TikTok's Ads Branding products in Europe.
  4. Work closely with Product Marketing Activation team to help spread the regional product narrative across Europe and drive industry-wide recognition through collaboration with marketing and PR.
  5. Collect product feedback and market intelligence to act as the voice-of-customer for product teams, guiding and helping prioritise upstream development to shape future measurement solutions.
  6. Utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritise solutions.
Your main objectives during these 12 months (subject to be adapted based on business needs):
  1. Own products GTM and adoption for TikTok's branding advertising solutions, in EUI, specifically for Brand our planning solutions and upper funnel products.
  2. Become the product expert by partnering closely with internal teams to deeply understand customer pain points, market needs and product requirements.
  3. Develop sales enablement strategy and partner closely with our global and local teams.
  4. Develop and execute regional programs and initiatives to grow product adoption and partner with a range of cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution against this strategy.
  5. Act as the voice of the region in product, synthesise market and vertical insights and collaborate with product and global/vertical teams to identify solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Proven, extensive years experience working within media in a product management or product marketing capacity (5+ years of experience).
  2. Strong knowledge of the Branding ecosystem.
  3. A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
