Job title: Product Marketing Manager

Location: UK

Initially, your primary focus will be on sales enablement, equipping our new sales and regional customer-facing teams with high-quality marketing materials to effectively communicate the value of our solutions. Over time, your role will expand to include competitive insights and actively supporting awareness-building marketing campaigns.

You will interact with stakeholders across the company and specifically with product managers and client-facing teams. You will be part of a fast-paced and collaborative team, reporting to the Head of Product Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Enablement: Develop compelling, customer-focused collateral (pitch decks, sales sheets, case studies, RFI/RFP responses, email templates, FAQs) to empower our sales and regional teams in driving growth.
  2. Product Enablement: Collaborate with PMM and Product to create compelling value-focused training for our product releases and share best practices to evolve the approach.
  3. Market & Customer Insights: Build a deep understanding of Boku’s existing and future buyers, their pain points, and market dynamics. Regularly update competitive intelligence and country coverage documentation to help inform decision-making.
  4. Campaign Support: Partner closely with the broader marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns aimed at building brand awareness and generating measurable business impact.
  5. Content Creation: Write and shape content production, including case studies, email templates, pitch decks, blogs, scripts, articles, and support documentation.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Actively collaborate across marketing, product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of messaging and positioning.
  7. Continuous Learning: Stay curious and informed about industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging customer needs to proactively support marketing and sales initiatives.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years’ experience in Product Marketing in a global, fast-paced environment, preferably in payments or a related SaaS industry.
  2. Able to work independently on multiple projects, as well as in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  3. Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across groups, levels, and geographies.
  4. Proficiency in data analysis and using data to drive decision-making.
  5. Full professional proficiency in English required.
