Your new role At NewDay
Our team, Product & Marketing, embraces product and marketing as two sides of the same coin. We understand the needs of our customers, develop a well-governed product roadmap, and ensure that customers understand - and are engaged with - the features and benefits of their products. You'll be an integral part of our dynamic team contributing to the development and enhancement of our credit card products, with a particular focus on driving in-life habitual loyalty and customer engagement. You'll work across our carded products (including Aqua, Marbles, Fluid, John Lewis and partners, Pulse and Bip) ensuring we deliver customer outcomes in line with NewDay's manifesto and the brand values, whilst remaining relevant, competitive, commercially viable within the UK market.
