Job description

We have an exciting opportunity with a global Business Travel / Event Management company that utilises cutting-edge technology and continuously pushes the boundaries to make travelling easier and more enjoyable for thousands of business travellers.

The role:

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of a portfolio of Booking Tools developed internally and from third parties. You will oversee the product lifecycle, from gathering requirements to managing releases and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Lifecycle Management - Responsible for product config and optimisation.
  2. Vendor Management - Lead vendor relationships, conduct regular service reviews with vendors and solve issues as needed.
  3. Roadmap and Release Management— including product roadmap, requirement validation, and release management. Communicate new features, updates, and product encasement.
  4. Market Analysis: Continuously assess market competition.
  5. Stakeholder Communication - Provide regular product and release updates and product demos and serve as a Product evangelist.
  6. Training & knowledge sharing - Assist with training internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. 2+ years of experience with Product dealings in a software technology environment.
  2. Experience in Travel is highly advantageous.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills in a business environment.
  4. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  5. Confident in running workshops.
  6. Detail-oriented with excellent organization and project management skills.

The place work is in hybrid, 2-3 days in the office.
