The Role

As the Product Manager for our HR & Payroll tower you’ll own the product area end to end, and lead a team of solution architects, business analysts & system analysts to optimize colleague experiences and drive efficiencies across our group services; across all 3 lens: People, Process & Technology. Working closely with other Product and Platforms teams you will play a key part in achieving our vision of becoming the Worlds Most Intelligent Airports.

Business Partnering is a key priority, both in driving the strategic roadmaps and landing key projects, which will be achieved through building and maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders and operational colleagues, including our CPO and People Leadership Team. You’ll have the opportunity to truly own your product stack, partnering with our Delivery & Service Management teams across the change lifecycle, including working closely with your business stakeholders to define, drive and embed business benefits through your product tower.

What Will Make You Successful?

You’ll have a strong understanding of product development, roadmap building and prioritisation techniques – including an understanding of agile and waterfall ways of working. You’ll be commercially astute, ambitious, an effective communicator and a highly innovative leader, driven and passionate about solving business challenges through product development.

You’ll have experience of blending technical products into an operational context, understanding how people, process and technology align. For this particular role, you’ll be across the HR & Payroll Tower and ideally you’ll have at least 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager or as a functional leader, with experience in driving change across HRIS applications such as SAP Success Factors, ECP being advantageous. You’ll have excellent knowledge and understanding of owning change end to end, understanding the key principles and foundational elements which build a strong foundation for teams to transform products at speed and in both a cost effective and risk controlled manner.
