Job Description
Checkout.com is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Cost of Sales product team. This domain is dedicated to providing customers with transparent, real-time, and actionable insights into their network fees. This data is critical, as scheme and interchange fees account for over 80% of our customer's total payment costs, making them the single largest driver of payment expenses. The successful candidate will provide cross-functional leadership across technology, commercial, and finance teams to enable our clients to understand and optimise network fees while building internal capabilities to predict and simulate those costs accurately. This role involves driving the strategy for how the "Cost of Sale Merchant Experience" will be developed from scratch and ensuring internal teams execute scalable, efficient processes. Daily responsibilities include understanding client and stakeholder pain points, making difficult decisions to prioritise development work, and launching new capabilities that will be tested internally to subsequently delight end-customers.
Hybrid Working Model: All of our offices globally are onsite 3 times per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). We've worked towards enabling teams to work collaboratively in the same space, while also being able to partner with colleagues globally. During your days at the office, we offer amazing snacks, breakfast, and lunch options in all of our locations.
