Job description

Our client is seeking a Product Manager to lead projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring strategic delivery and effective change management. Based in St Helier, Jersey, this role involves working across diverse projects, including regulatory, mandatory, and strategic initiatives. The position requires strong leadership, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration to drive successful outcomes.

Job Duties:

  1. Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
  3. Foster a strong team culture through collaboration and support.
  4. Manage project teams of varying sizes, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  5. Develop and present strategic business cases to support long-term initiatives.
  6. Identify, assess, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Advocate for and implement change management methodologies across the organisation.

Job Requirements:

  1. Experience in both traditional (Waterfall) and modern (Agile) change delivery approaches.
  2. Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role, delivering projects end-to-end.
  3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage colleagues at all levels.
  4. Proven leadership in managing project teams and business stakeholders.
  5. Excellent presentation skills, including creation and delivery to varied audiences.
  6. Degree or professional qualification in project/change management, business administration, banking, or economics (desirable but not essential).
