Qualifications:

1. Degree in project/change management, business administration, banking and finance, or economics (desirable but not essential).
2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar project delivery position.
3. Excellent presentation, communication, and networking skills.
4. Able to stay within budget and meet deadlines.
5. Well organized and methodical.
6. Experience in Waterfall and Agile approaches to Change.

Responsibilities:

This is a fabulous role running projects, building strong partnerships, providing team support, managing small to large project teams, thinking strategically, and driving business cases for the long term. Responsibilities include:

1. Identifying and managing risk through the project lifecycle.
2. Embracing change management from project initiation to business transition.
