Product Manager - European Sweet & Beverage

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving revenue growth? We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and play a key role in identifying new product opportunities, enhancing profitability, and managing the lifecycle of products in the European Sweet & Beverage category. What you’ll do:

  • Develop product strategy in collaboration with marketing and business teams, focusing on target market segments, customer groups, and guiding new product development.
  • Conduct market research to gather customer insights, shaping effective product value propositions.
  • Define and communicate product value propositions across internal teams, including R&D, supply chain, and commercial teams.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from launch to decline, providing strategic guidance for procurement and operations during key phases.
  • Lead the innovation stage-gate process to optimize speed to market while ensuring all critical activities are completed.
  • Develop pricing strategies and recommendations for various product platforms and market segments.

What you’ll bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food ingredient or packaged food industries.
