Product Manager - Hybrid - Inside IR35 - 12 Month Contract
Harvey Nash is working with a Central Government organisation who are looking for a Product Manager on a 12 month contract.
This role is to support all phases of the delivery of the Contact Centre Project, which is in the process of awarding a contract to a new partner for a replacement Contact Centre solution. This project will replace the current aged Contact Centre Services.
Examples of outcomes to be supported are listed below:
- Development of end-to-end delivery plans including all owned services and integrations plus the ongoing management of partner delivery activities to these plans.
- Support/Lead the delivery and testing of the replacement Contact Centre solution.
- Leading on all owned service integrations through liaison between the new Contact Centre partner and any existing services providers, e.g., PCI Pal, Verint, etc.
