What you’ll be doing:

Product Strategy and Development

• Define and develop product/solution strategies that align with business objectives.
• Ensure focus on building the right products, building them right and building them fast.
• Definition of Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) aligned to the business strategy to drive priorities, focus and accountability.

Project Management and Execution

• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Monitor progress and report on status to management.

Stakeholder Communication and Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular meetings to communicate updates and gather feedback.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure effective collaboration.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Gather and analyse data to support decision-making.
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting processes.

Market Analysis and Competitive Research

• Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities in IT and Insurance.
• Analyse competitors to inform product positioning and differentiation.
• Use insights to drive innovation and improvement.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in IT Product Management in insurance: with a track record of successful technology solutions.

• Confidence to Challenge the Status Quo: Boldly question existing practices and propose creative solutions to enhance solutions and outcomes.
