Job description

I am currently working with a Legal Services Client on an exciting Product Manager opportunity. This is a permanent role that requires 3 days a week in their London office.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development or management roles such as Product Manager, Product Owner.
2. Experience managing projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
3. Understanding of market dynamics, competitor activities, emerging technologies and the role of digitisation within the legal sector.
4. Experience working in a law firm.
5. Demonstrable understanding of digital product development, agile processes and lifecycle management.
6. Experience deploying GenAI enabled products or solutions.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Developing and communicating a clear product vision that aligns with company goals and market needs.
2. Matrix leadership of scrum teams developing and building products to ensure successful product development and launch.
3. Analysing market trends, customer feedback, user research and competitive products to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
4. Overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including prioritising features, setting timelines, and managing budgets.
5. Tracking product performance metrics, gathering user feedback and implementing improvements to enhance user experience and achieve business objectives.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically, strategically and pragmatically. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
