We are looking for a Product Growth Marketing Manager to drive the adoption, engagement, and retention of our [product/service]. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, data analytics, and product strategy, ensuring that our go-to-market efforts are data-driven, customer-centric, and scalable.
The ideal candidate is a growth-minded marketer with experience in product marketing, performance marketing, and experimentation. They should be comfortable working cross-functionally with product, sales, and design teams to optimize the user journey and accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue (AARRR framework).
- Own and optimize the user funnel, identifying friction points and implementing solutions to improve conversion rates.
- Design, launch, and manage growth experiments, including A/B testing, pricing strategies, and messaging variations.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to uncover insights that drive product growth.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL, and CRM platforms to track and report on KPIs.
- Work closely with data science and product teams to ensure a deep understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle behaviors.
Go-to-Market & Product Adoption:
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to launch new features and drive user engagement.
- Craft compelling positioning, messaging, and content to educate users and boost adoption.
- Lead cross-functional growth initiatives, working closely with sales, customer success, and design teams.
Performance Marketing & Optimization:
- Run and optimize paid media campaigns to drive acquisition and engagement.
- Leverage email, in-app messaging, and push notifications to enhance user activation and retention.
- Partner with SEO and content marketing teams to increase organic traffic and visibility.
Customer Insights & Personalization:
- Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to understand customer pain points and opportunities.
- Implement personalized marketing strategies using AI-driven segmentation and automation tools.
- Work with product and UX teams to improve the onboarding experience and overall customer journey.
Must-Have:
- At least 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or performance marketing in a tech, SaaS, or consumer-facing industry.
- Experience running A/B tests, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel analysis.
- Proven experience with paid acquisition, CRM automation, and lifecycle marketing.
