Role Overview

Customer Information & Support: Provide customers with accurate product specifications and help Sales Executives stay informed and knowledgeable.

Test Drive Management: Plan and manage the test drive process with Sales Executives, offering insights during appointments to enhance the customer experience.

Showroom Maintenance & Presentation: Ensure the showroom is well-prepared, with a suitable selection of demo cars, and maintain a presentable environment.

Customer Engagement & Sales Support: Proactively approach customers in the showroom to provide product information, guiding them to the Sales Executive when they express interest in purchasing.

Product Knowledge & Training: Stay up-to-date with the latest product information and share relevant details with colleagues and customers.
