What You Will Do:

1. Monitor and report on current car internal & external customer KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and effectively communicating vehicle line statuses.
2. Govern PD AIMS with integrity, ensuring the robustness of current car aims deck for owned vehicle lines.
3. Serve as a key contact for the Plant Vehicle Team, offering technical and problem-solving support to the Manufacturing plant.
4. Lead cross-functional project teams to reduce functional faults from external customer issues, enhancing product quality.
5. Support Change Management by coordinating engineering running change implementation and ensuring compliance with project standards.
6. Act as an Agile Product Owner for squads within the PVT Central teams, driving efficiency and innovation.

What You Will Bring:

1. An Engineering Degree or equivalent relevant experience in an Engineering function.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing and supplier quality operations and processes.
3. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt qualification, showcasing your problem-solving prowess.
4. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
5. Experience with Agile Frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFE) and planning tools such as Jira is highly advantageous.
6. A well-organised, methodical approach, with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
