We are a dynamic recruitment agency specializing in Onshore, Offshore, and Nearshore hiring solutions tailored for Startups and SMBs.

We are hiring a Product Development Engineer (PHP/ Laravel with React JS) - Mid/Senior Full-Stack Software Development Engineer based in Hybrid mode in London office.

Our client is one of the fastest growing startups based in London, backed by Y Combinator (just like Airbnb, Coinbase, and other unicorns) and featured in Dragon Den.

Location: Working in our London office 2x per week (Non Negotiable)

Experience: 5+ years

Current tech stack: PHP, Laravel, ReactJS, AWS, Redis, MySQL, Inertia, WordPress

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Product Development Experience is Mandatory.
• PHP/ Laravel: 4+ years experience
• Experience building products or working with startups at seed or Series A / B stage
• Proven experience building full-stack web applications using PHP and React
• Strong foundations in relational databases (MySQL, Postgres)
• Experience working with Rest APIs and integrating third-party systems
• Experience with setting up and managing infrastructure would be beneficial

How to stand out:

• DevOps experience with GitHub actions, maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with server-side rendering and SEO practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc)
