Job description

We’re looking for a Hardlines Product Development Co-ordinator to join our client’s EMEA Consumer Products team. This role will support product development and execution across our portfolio, with a focus on hardlines and adjacent categories. Occasional travel may be required. This 10 month contract role is paying £45p/h PAYE and based in London on a regular basis.

The Role

As Product Development Co-ordinator, you will be the key creative point of contact for a group of assigned licensees and partners. You’ll manage the creative review process, provide guidance on asset usage, and ensure that all products align with brand guidelines and legal requirements.

You’ll:

  1. Guide partners through onboarding and use of internal product development tools
  2. Review product concepts, artwork and packaging to ensure alignment with style guides
  3. Communicate creative feedback clearly and constructively to resolve design challenges
  4. Maintain timely correspondence with internal teams, agencies, and licensees
  5. Manage multiple deadlines and ensure contractual approval timelines are met
  6. Stay up to date with EMEA retail and design trends

Who You Are

You have a keen eye for detail and strong visual judgement.

You understand what makes compelling consumer products, particularly in the hardlines space.

You’re confident providing clear creative direction when needed.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are highly organised.

You’re a strong communicator with excellent time-management skills.

You have a solid understanding of the licensing landscape across EMEA and globally.

You’re collaborative and proactive, able to juggle multiple projects effectively.

Your Background

Good experience in product development, marketing, or licensing within the consumer products industry.

Familiarity with the Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).

Proficiency in English is required; an additional European language is a plus.

Must be able to work from our London office on a regular basis (flexible attendance can be discussed).
