Product Design Lead - Climate Tech

Location: London, 2 days a week in the London office

Salary: up to £90k + equity

About: Join a seed stage startup that is on a mission to tackle the climate crisis by building software for a niche industry, which is already seeing a huge impact!

Role: As the Product Design Lead, you'll be hands-on, leading discovery and embedding research findings into the product for a delightful user experience.

Team: Work within a cross-functional team with a dedicated PM and engineering team. There are also plans for another hire in Design.

To be considered: You should be a designer who is outcomes and metrics-driven, confident in leading the end-to-end UX/UI process, and possess a business mindset.

Portfolio: Your portfolio should showcase a selection of case studies that tell a story of how you delivered value to users and the business.
