Product Catalogue Data Administrator

We are looking for a Product Catalogue Data Administrator to join our IT team here at Harrods. You will be responsible for actioning product creation requests from stakeholders, submitted through our ticketing platform Freshservice, in line with the highest data quality and accuracy standards.

About The Role

As the Product Catalogue Data Administrator, you will review, transform, and enrich data provided by the business in line with our data attribute rules, using business tools and Excel, ready to process in SAP. Data relates to specific product attributes such as descriptions, sizing, colour, barcodes, etc.

You will also:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure successful product creation and that deadlines are met.
  2. Investigate and correct any data or process issues.
  3. Support the business teams by helping them understand the importance of product data management.
  4. Provide feedback on workflows and share improvement opportunities to ensure best practices.

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in data entry and data management, as well as experience with SAP or equivalent, which is advantageous. It is important that you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside stakeholder engagement.

You will also have the following:

  1. Comfort with complexity, ambiguity, and performing to deadlines.
  2. Attention to detail.
  3. Results-driven and delivery-focused mindset.
  4. Good Microsoft Office literacy across Word and PowerPoint.
