We’re Prolo, an AI-powered procurement startup transforming how construction companies source materials. With a growing customer base and ambitious plans, we need a Procurement Specialist to help us secure the best deals and build strong supplier relationships.

Tasks

1. Contributing to AI-driven procurement innovations by capturing accurate data.
2. Sourcing and negotiating the best prices for construction materials.
3. Managing supplier relationships and ensuring top-tier service.
4. Handling orders from customers via email, text, WhatsApp, and phone.
5. Helping to refine our procurement processes alongside our experienced team.

Requirements

1. Procurement experience in the construction industry
2. Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset
3. Ability to assess suppliers and find the best deals
4. Comfortable using online tools and technology
5. A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving environment
