We are a medium-sized, fast-growing Telecom Company, part of an international group with HQ in London, UK. We are a dynamic and agile business with a positive attitude and a passion for what we do. To support our growth, we are searching for a candidate for the position of Procurement Manager with office duties. We are looking for a hands-on, proactive person who is a team player, can work independently, and will play an important role in our expanding team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Maintaining the current supplier base (Telecom operators, IT equipment suppliers, Data centers);
  2. Searching for new suppliers, holding meetings, negotiating commercial terms, analyzing commercial proposals;
  3. Consulting colleagues from the sales department on issues of costs and cost of services;
  4. Placing orders with suppliers and monitoring their execution;
  5. Organization of document flow for projects;
  6. Communication with the sales department regarding the status of orders;
  7. Preparation of reports on the results of work;
  8. Organization and management of company's records and the company's documentation archive;
  9. Processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence and preparation of company's documents and official letters;
  10. Regular cooperation with the company's management, accounting, subcontractors;
  11. Carrying out other management tasks within the Employee's job duties.

Qualification & Experience

  1. Experience in office management and purchasing/sales department (experience in telecommunications is an advantage);
  2. 3+ years experience in procurement;
  3. Understanding of market knowledge of Central Asia (Main market players);
  4. Skills in searching and developing new suppliers, experience in negotiations;
  5. Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability;
  6. Experienced PC user with proficiency in office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems;
  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information;
  8. Analytical thinking and ability to systematize information;
  9. Knowledge of English at a level not lower than Upper Intermediate;
  10. Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
  11. Active life position and desire to develop.
