Our client, one of the UK’s leading real estate investors is looking for an experienced Real Estate Procurement professional to lead and define procurement best practice across their portfolio of commercial properties UK wide.

The successful candidate will be an experienced procurement leader with a proven track record delivering cost efficiencies, effective supplier management and contract performance with value for money at the forefront.

This role requires a strategic and innovative thinker who can work closely with Facilities, Property and Asset Managers to optimise procurement processes, leverage scale for value, and ensure alignment with professional standards.

You will be a proactive leader with excellent stakeholder management skills who an operate as a key member of the Property Management Leadership Team, and play a critical role driving impactful procurement strategies that will shape the future of this dynamic organisation.

You will work closely with suppliers and tenants, ensuring a consistent approach to procurement best practice group wide. If you have previous experience in a similar role within Real Estate and have a strong understanding of RICS standards, ensuring diligence and compliance in all procurement activities, we would love to hear from you.
