Job Purpose
The Procurement Manager, reports to the Supply Chain Director, is a pivotal member of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team, providing strategic and commercial support to Pizza Hut's Europe and UK&I markets. This role is instrumental in developing and executing procurement strategies that manage risk and drive value for both the company and its franchise partners. The Procurement Manager oversees the procurement and supply chain for selected food categories, as well as non-food products and distribution management across the UK and Europe markets.
This position demands strong commercial acumen in the food service or food retail sectors, with experience managing multi-million-pound expenditures. Exceptional stakeholder management skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude are essential. A proven track record in negotiation and advanced analytical problem-solving skills are required.

Work Environment
This role is based out of our Restaurant Support Centre in Central London, a minimum of 1 day per week in the RSC is required. Additionally, travel to Supplier facilities based in the United Kingdom and Europe may be required from time to time. As Pizza Hut is a franchise business, you may also be required to attend franchisee offices and other locations from time to time. There will be events throughout the year that will take place in London including (but not limited to) RSC days, Functional team meetings / 121s and supporting with market visits.
