The position requires an excellent knowledge of sub-contract experience including PQQ, tendering, selection, and award. Utilising NEC and JCT type templates and being able to scope out these sub-contract packages is essential.

With a blank canvas, you will be instrumental in developing procurement strategies, policies, and processes. You will draw on your supply chain management skills to enhance the way we work together and deliver a collaborative relationship.
As a Procurement Manager, you will work on the procurement strategy with the Senior Procurement Manager. You will be responsible for the delivery of project procurement objectives and requirements. Supply chain planning:
Experience of CIPS or working towards CIPS is desirable (Or chartership in another discipline CIOB or RICS). We are also considering relevant in job experience. We are considering candidates who are able to get to our project offices in Dartford or Manchester.
Due to the sensitive nature of the projects, there will be security screening carried out.
