Job Description

  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies.
  2. Manage a small team of 2/3.
  3. Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
  4. Negotiate with external suppliers.
  5. Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
  6. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Proven working experience in procurement in manufacturing.
  2. Solid knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
  3. Strong leadership capabilities.
  4. Knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures.
  5. Proficient computer skills, including Excel and ERP.
  6. Strong negotiation skills.
