As the Procurement Manager, you'll oversee a team of 3-5 direct purchasing professionals. You will design and implement procurement strategies, establish strong supplier relationships, and ensure the seamless acquisition of materials and services. Responsibilities of the Procurement Manager:

1. Inspire and Lead a Dynamic Team: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of 3-5 direct purchasing professionals, driving excellence and collaboration.
2. Strategic Leadership: Oversee the work of talented Commodity Managers, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and delivering impactful results.
3. Craft Winning Sourcing Strategies: Use your industry expertise to develop and execute sourcing strategies that anticipate market trends and leverage cutting-edge technologies.
4. Forge Strategic Supplier Partnerships: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key suppliers, identifying and cultivating opportunities for mutual growth and innovation.
5. Own Negotiations with Confidence: Lead critical supplier negotiations, including NDAs, General Terms & Conditions, and Production Supply Agreements, ensuring favourable outcomes for the company.
6. Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee supplier performance in cost, quality, and delivery, identifying potential constraints to maintain seamless production schedules.
