Job description

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non-clinical professions and job roles. This is a permanent, part time position.

The shift pattern for this position is Monday to Friday.

Please note the salary is Pro Rata for part time hours.

Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has been made available for a Housekeeper to join our team in the Labour ward at the QEUH. The post holder is expected to work in conjunction with and feedback directly to the Senior Change Midwife/Lead Midwife. Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing stock and non-stock in line with projected patient volumes
  2. Stock rotation
  3. Product bundling
  4. Stock reduction
