Temporary Purchasing Assistant
6 weeks work until end of May

The ROLE

The Temporary Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Purchasing Manager in all aspects of all purchasing requirements. Duties will include:

  1. Admin support i.e. typing on Purchase Orders, updating relevant spreadsheets
  2. Liaising with supply chain on a daily basis
  3. Placing Purchase Orders
  4. Chasing suppliers to achieve On Time Delivery
  5. Assisting Purchasing Manager to procure materials

The CANDIDATE

The successful Temporary Purchasing Assistant will be a professional who enjoys working in a busy fast-paced role. The right candidate will have:

  1. Admin experience
  2. Good Excel skills
  3. Team player
  4. Own transport - my Client is based in a rural location
  5. Available for 21st April start

£15-17ph working 8.30am to 5.00pm from the Client's office
April 21st until end of May 2025
