Are you passionate about food manufacturing and process innovation? We are recruiting a Process Technologist position to play a key role in scaling up production, optimising processes, and ensuring top-tier quality standards.

What You'll Do:

1. Scale up production from kitchen samples to full-scale manufacturing
2. Troubleshoot production challenges and drive process improvements
3. Lead Product Improvement Projects to enhance efficiency and cost savings
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, planning, and quality teams
5. Take ownership of new product launches before transitioning to full production

What You'll Need:

1. 5+ year's experience with baked products
2. Strong project & people management skills
3. Expertise in food ingredients & manufacturing processes
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
