Process Technologist

Ready to roll up your sleeves and make a real impact in food manufacturing? We're looking for a Process Technologist to help turn kitchen concepts into full-scale production reality. This role is perfect if you love to get involved with process improvement but still enjoy being part of a collaborative team.

You'll be the go-to person for scaling up new products, solving production puzzles, and making sure everything runs smoothly. You'll be working closely with R&D, engineering, planning, and quality teams, ensuring every launch meets top standards. With some new lines being added into this factory, you'll be part of new and exciting products!

What you'll be doing:

• Turning kitchen samples into the factory
• Working closely with R&D, engineering, planning, and QA teams
• Tackling production challenges head-on and fixing them
• Leading product improvement projects to reduce costs and boost efficiency
• Taking the reins on new product launches until they're ready for the production team
• Finding clever ways to improve processes and get more from our materials

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in an NPD/Process Technologist role
• A safe pair of hands when it comes to project and people management
• Solid understanding of food ingredients and manufacturing processes
