The Role
Based at our client's brand new state-of-the-art site in Greater Manchester, reporting into the General Manager, you will assist in managing NPD briefs and timelines, ensuring our client is a market-leading innovator. You will lead the team to ensure all new developments satisfy price, quality, technical, and operational parameters by means of a structured NPD process.
The Person
You will ideally have at least 3 years’ relevant experience, including electronic specification/recipe systems and project management. The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills, as well as effective communication, listening, influencing, and persuading skills at all levels.
