Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, contributing your expertise in chemistry to enhance process efficiency and product quality. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop laboratory processes, methods, and tests in order to measure the performance of new products and processes.
  2. Implement, evaluate, and report on experimental programmes in order to develop new products and technology platforms for the business.
  3. Maintain laboratory instrumentation, equipment, and systems so that they are safe, optimised, and available for use.
  4. Plan and implement programmes of process development, reporting results, conclusions, and recommendations for further work as appropriate or as requested.
Role Requirements:
  1. Degree in Chemistry or a related field, with relevant experience.
  2. Strong research focus.
  3. Experience with process optimization and troubleshooting of chemical processes.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
  5. Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
