Summary: This position provides support to the Winchester team in production of quality products for Kraft Heinz Winchester.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

1. Leadership of three multi-shift business entities. Required to work when and where needed.
2. Process experience preferred.
3. Monitors daily/weekly Capri Sun/ KAB & MiO production.
4. EQCMS representative for process WI's.
5. Ensures that all personnel have received accurate training and efficiently cross trained on multiple process systems.
6. Able to work with project/engineering groups for project implementation and start-up support.
7. Coordinates on-line operations with Operators, Technicians, other team members, and Support Staff members (BUM, Logistics, etc.) to meet production schedules within operating budgets and to improve outputs.
8. Works with Logistics to ensure sufficient supplies.
9. Conducts process meetings to address any issues and ensure that scheduled coverage is completed.
10. Prepares information for and attends third level Green Room meetings.
11. Attends quarterly Coordinator meetings.
12. Reviews and submits daily quality reports (Shelf life reports, process charts & cover off sheets).
13. Communicates production, cost, and efficiency information to the Team.
14. Communicates to operators any changes in quality reports, memos, etc.
15. Arranges for samples to be sent to R&D for shelf life extension based on the shelf life report and production schedule.
16. Ensures accurate stock rotation for raw materials.
17. Supervises Quality, Safety, GMP, and Housekeeping issues and coordinates solutions.
18. Must learn quality data sheets and take appropriate action if out of control limits.
19. Must learn ZARPAC, RSVIEW, and/or KHS.
20. Reviews reports and makes corrections if necessary.
21. Ensures that all DMS checks and paperwork are completed and accurate daily for Process.
22. Works with Quality on all aspects of R&D, systems operations and specifications, any formula changes to ensure any obsolete material is used or placed on hold and SPC & DMS.
23. Coordinates and tracks Vitamin E, Vitamin B, and Calcium testing for all businesses.
24. Ensures that samples are collected, sent to Silikar for testing and data is entered into the corporate website.
25. Maintains COA's.
26. Verifies all processing paperwork is completed accurately and validates quality suites.
27. Verifies daily all operators are staging items accurately in SAP.
28. Investigates COGI Errors.
29. Provides direction when necessary.
30. Key Contact for R&D in regards to arranging and shipping samples for the pilot plant.
31. Supervises Juice blender hours and schedule to ensure accurate staffing.
32. Spends 80-100% of time on the floor, arranges for coverage, relieves, and fills in as needed.
33. Evaluates and communicates team and individual performance to develop and build teamwork.
34. Works optimally with vendors for control of out of spec raw materials.
35. Helps resolve conflicts on the floor.
36. Keeps track of team members' attendance/vacation with facilitator.
37. Must follow all Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, Dress Code, and Rules of Personal Conduct policies.
38. Identifies and resolves safety concerns immediately. (Tackle, if possible, or escalate to the Safety Dept.)
39. Knows plant evacuation and spill control procedures.
40. Maintains tour ready status in Processing.
41. Performs other duties as assigned.
