About the roleWe're currently looking to recruit a Process Science Manager to lead our Process Science team, implementing best-in-class Taste & Nutrition Fermented products. The role will provide leadership and guidance to the Process Science team, embedding a culture of continuous improvement to portfolio performance and joining our Taste & Nutrition site in Menstrie, 40 miles from Edinburgh Heritage City, Scotland.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of the production processes of Yeast fermentation and downstream extraction and enhance optimal operating points for quality, efficiency, Sustainability (Co2e/kg) and energy along the entire value chain, including maturity assessments.
