£30,296 (recent increase for 2025) plus additional Bonus with a further £2,000 increase following completion of training

Hours are 6-2 and 2-10 Monday to Friday (no nights)

Due to a big increase in demand we are currently recruiting on behalf of a multinational Pharmaceutical company to recruit 9 additional Process Operators on a Permanent basis. Immediate starts are also on offer for the successful candidates.

Candidates with a background in Pharmaceutical or Food Manufacturing will be considered as full training in Gowning procedure and Aseptic manufacturing will be provided. Graduates in a Science discipline will also be considered alongside experienced hires - please apply now to be considered!

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate and monitor equipment in a GMP-regulated clean room environment.
2. Maintain stringent hygiene and safety standards to ensure product quality.
3. Perform quality control checks and document findings.
4. Support the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products in compliance with SOPs.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflow.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in a clean room or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is highly desirable however training will be provided.
2. Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is highly desirable.
3. Attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
