Purpose of Position:

Responsible for engineering duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Continuous improvement of processes using Lean tools, participating in and leading Kaizens.
• Process engineering, problem solving, and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
• Managing and presenting data and improvement plans.
• Support NPI and specification of New Equipment.
• Manage change process and documentation.
• Responsibility for all moulding processes at Hampton Park West facility.
