Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Process Engineer to oversee technical requirements across our Newcastle plants. You will support production and quality operations, ensuring our manufacturing processes meet both internal and external customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure right-first-time manufacturing processes.
2. Investigate and resolve internal failures/issues.
3. Collaborate with Production Shift Managers to eliminate constraints.
4. Lead Red Alert orders and daily manufacturing audits.
5. Perform root cause analysis and provide technical support in customer complaints.
6. Drive continuous improvement programs targeting quality and efficiency.
7. Conduct technical reviews of new rope designs and works documentation.
8. Promote a zero-accident culture by enforcing Health & Safety policies.

Qualifications:

1. Strong communication skills at all levels.
2. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
3. Up-to-date knowledge of H&S and Quality standards.
4. Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
5. Results-driven with attention to detail.

Desirable:

1. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
2. IOSH managing safely certification.
3. Experience with MS Office and other IT software.
