What you'll be doing:
As a Process Automation Lead you will lead, identify, manage and deliver Process Automation opportunities across the operation. The role provides leadership, coaching, analysis and strategic insight for Process Automation, including the design, development, prioritisation, and testing of Robotic Process Automation solutions. This position works to design and deliver innovative automated solutions that expand process capabilities, improve accuracy, and create efficiencies across the business. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, ensuring the correct processes and opportunities are identified and subsequently prioritised, and made more efficient with minimal manual touch points. Ensuring all deliverables meet, and continue to meet, business and regulatory requirements.


  1. Leadership and change management experience
  2. Proven experience in identifying, designing, building, and implementing transformation opportunities
  3. Defining, owning and presenting team roadmaps and priorities
  4. Experience and knowledge of working with business operation processes within a financial environment.
