Demonstrate applied experience in process design, mapping, and implementation.
Identify business problem areas and align with pain points through Continuous Improvement Projects.
Strengthen and enhance internal processes for efficiency and effectiveness by identifying process improvement / re-engineering opportunities.
Work with the client’s Business Excellence & Operations teams to identify processes for RPA and conduct initial RPA process investigation, priority, assessment, and fitment analysis.
Be responsible for the Process Design Document (PDD).
Act as the key contact for customers, guiding them through the analysis process and becoming their trusted advisor on process automation.
Provide quality consulting services aimed at reducing cost / cycle time, improving productivity, increasing revenue, improving product / service quality, and realigning organizational practices with business strategies.
Qualifications:
Telecom experience (preferably consumer).
Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management of Devices (Mobile, Fixed, IoT) from ranging, procurement, go-to-market through to end of life.
Hands-on experience with Signavio Products – Process Manager, Process Intelligence & Workflow Accelerator.
