We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Process Analyst to play a crucial role in supporting our customer-focused teams. In this key position, you will ensure that cross-team and cross-Directorate processes are meticulously documented and effectively communicated. Your responsibilities will include mapping and analysing processes to identify more efficient and effective ways of working, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.
You’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to helping people across the UK improve their financial wellbeing.
Job Description
Role Overview
The Process Analyst will report directly to the Head of Operational Improvement. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the development and implementation of Directorate-wide policy on process and procedure governance
- Developing standard process documentation, including simplified process maps and standard operating procedures.
- Identifying and documenting core processes across the Customer Directorate.
- Conducting process assessments and analyse data to identify local variations and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define process improvement goals.
- Lead and facilitate process improvement workshops and brainstorming sessions.
- Recommend process performance metrics to ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with IT and Directorate colleagues to leverage technology solutions for process automation and optimization.
Skills And Experience RequiredTo excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Experience in process mapping (using a recognised format such as BPMN or Flowcharting) using software such as MS Visio and Miro.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience of using process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean)
