This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced private client solicitor to manage a diverse caseload with a particular emphasis on complex probate matters, the role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility and balance between office presence and remote work.

Role Overview:
As a Probate Solicitor, you will be instrumental in managing a diverse caseload of probate transactions, demonstrating expertise from initiation to completion. Key Responsibilities:

1. Independently manage a comprehensive caseload of probate files, including but not limited to wills, estate administration, and complex probate matters.
2. Deliver expert legal advice, ensuring a seamless and effective probate process for all clients.
3. Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external contacts through effective communication and professional conduct.
4. Conduct meticulous legal research and ensure all transactions comply with current laws and regulations.
5. Utilize legal software and case management systems efficiently to enhance workflow and client service.

Candidate Requirements:

1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in probate law with a track record of managing a caseload independently.
2. Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer in England and Wales.

4. A positive, client-centric attitude and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
