About the Role:

• Client Support: Advise high-net-worth clients on Wills, Trusts, Probate, LPAs, and Estate Planning
• Caseload Management: Handle complex issues with the support of Senior Solicitors, Paralegals, and Legal Secretaries
• Team Collaboration: Work within one of the firm's top teams, gaining exposure to interesting and challenging cases

This team works to advise high-net-worth clients on a wide range of specialist areas including:

• Will preparation and appropriate tax planning
• Creation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Estate Administration (both taxable and non-taxable estates)
• Trust administration
• Care Home Fees Planning

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least an NQ with a strong background in managing Wills and Probate matters
• Leadership: Experience overseeing or managing a team of at least 2 (Paralegals, Trainees, or Secretaries)
• Technical Expertise: Ability to handle complex caseloads and develop technical skills
