Role: Proactive Sales Manager
Location: London
Salary / Rate of pay: Up to £41,000 per annum

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular hotel in London and we have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Sales Manager to join their sales team.

What’s involved?
As a Proactive Sales Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:

  1. Formulate and execute strategic sales plans that drive the company’s success and exceed objectives.
  2. Spot and seize new MICE and Group business opportunities while nurturing strong relationships with potential clients.
  3. Cultivate existing client accounts to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  4. Investigate market trends, competitor behaviour, and customer insights to sharpen our sales strategies.
  5. Work closely with the marketing team to develop impactful promotional materials and dynamic campaigns.
  6. Create comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and presentations that inform and impress senior management.
  7. Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand our network and enhance visibility.
