Pay Rate: £25.65 per hour (assignment rate)
Shift/Working Pattern: Full time - part time will be considered
Main duties of the Physiotherapist:
- Perform clinical assessments, design and implement safe, progressive individual exercise treatment schedules, with daily recording of prescribed treatment plans and auditing of selected areas, in accordance with the ERI Standards of Proficiency to Practice.
- Develop good working relationships and work collaboratively with managers and members of the multi-disciplinary team.
- Work as an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team providing a comprehensive and professional rehab service.
- Communicate highly complex, sensitive and contentious information to patients, demonstrating negotiation, mediation, empathy, and reassurance.
Requirements of the Physiotherapist:
- Qualified physiotherapist, i.e., Degree or equivalent within Physiotherapy.
- Recent UK experience within specialised physiotherapy.
- Registered with the HCPC as a physiotherapist to work in the UK.
- NHS experience would be advantageous but not essential.
