Private Personal Assistant/ Carer/ Travelling Companion

We are looking for a Private Personal Assistant and Companion to support a member of a high-net-worth Scandinavian family with their requirements across London and Europe. This is a unique position for a highly adaptable, compassionate and physically able professional.

We are seeking an extraordinary individual to provide comprehensive, discreet, and personalised support to this individual, in his late sixties – with various health considerations.

This role demands a candidate with extensive one-to-one PA experience, who is capable of providing seamless, intuitive support and can integrate professional assistance with genuine companionship, offering practical help and support with day-to-day medical needs.

A background in healthcare or nursing is required, alongside up-to-date first aid training.

Duties include but are not limited to:

1. Manage hospital appointments/ medication and treatment programme
2. Driving to appointments
3. Complex travel planning/logistics
4. Researching/booking holiday accommodation
5. Organising cars/transportation
6. Supporting family travel
7. Booking fitness/health & doctors appointments
8. Diary management / PA duties
9. Act as companion
10. Day-to-day support with life

Requirements: UK driving licence. Nursing background is essential; spoken Danish is beneficial.

Salary: £75K starting salary

Hours: Flexible

Based: UK or Copenhagen. Travel to Europe.
