We are recruiting for a dynamic and forward-thinking private household based in Central London, looking for a highly academic, driven graduate or soon-to-be graduate to join their team as a Personal Assistant to a bright, busy VIP couple. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, varied environment with numerous interesting projects to manage across three large properties and a small property portfolio.

This position offers a unique opportunity for a recent graduate or a final-year student to develop their skills in a comprehensive Private PA role. You will be directly supporting a highly academic, fast-paced couple in managing a wide range of tasks and projects. This role requires an individual who is organized, efficient, and eager to take on a range of responsibilities. You will be tasked with research, project management, preparing presentations, and creating detailed reports.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage a number of exciting projects related to the maintenance and operations of three large houses and a property portfolio.
2. Conduct thorough research and provide concise, accurate reports on various matters, from property management to legal and financial projects.
3. Assist with the preparation of presentations for meetings and interactions with lawyers, accountants, property companies, suppliers, insurers, and local councils.
4. Coordinate schedules, manage projects, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a busy, high-demand environment.
5. Act as a point of contact for various maintenance suppliers, contractors and internal team members.
6. Oversee appointments, meetings, bookings and event planning.

Key Skills:

1. Ideally a recent graduate or final-year student with an excellent academic track record.
2. Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to process information quickly and accurately.
3. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to create detailed, clear reports and presentations.
5. Flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
