Private Orthodontist

Job Overview:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Orthodontist to join our 6 surgery dental practice situated in the heart of Wolverhampton, providing high-quality orthodontic care to private patients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment!

Duties:

• Conduct orthodontic assessments and treatment planning for patients
• Perform orthodontic procedures such as fitting braces, retainers, and other dental appliances
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and care for orthodontic appliances
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of dental anatomy and orthodontic procedures
• Experience with interpreting and analysing medical imaging for diagnosis and treatment planning
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for precise orthodontic work

Licence/Certification:

• GDC Registration Qualified Orthodontist or DWSI (Dentist with a Special Interest - 3 years minimum experience)
