Are you a Clinical Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in Birmingham? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

Location: Private Hospital near Birmingham

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP, April 2025

Rate of Pay: £26 - £34 per hour (via Umbrella)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in gynaecology wards, care of the elderly, and rehab wards. In this role, you will:

1. Perform comprehensive patient medication reviews
2. Provide expert clinical advice to healthcare teams
3. Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
5. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure medication safety

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A current and valid GPhC registration
2. Prior ward-based experience in a hospital setting
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
5. A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
